Free Testing and Vaccination Event / Evento de Vacunas y Examines Gratuitos de COVID-19

Heluna Health will be hosting their first Community Event in which they will be providing Free Testing to our Students and Staff. Along with that, they will also have a Vaccine Clinic to help encourage students, staff, and parents to get vaccinated.

Santa Isabel Catholic School celebrates National Catholic Schools Week (Jan 30 – Feb 5) with a week full of activities. A schedule of activities is listed below. Click on one of the links below to print out a schedule.

Activities to Celebrate Catholic Schools Week

Monday, February 31st – Liturgy

Kick off Catholic Schools Week with Liturgy at 10:00 A.M. Complete dress uniform for grades 2nd through 8th / Vocation Day

Tuesday, February 1st – Nation Day

Students may wear red, white, and blue or any Santa Isabel Attire

Wednesday, February 2nd – Student Appreciation Day / 50’s through 90’s ERA

Students may dress up according the 50’s through the 90’s Era. We can’t wait to see how students dress-up.

Thursday, February 3rd – Community Appreciation Day / Career Day Costume

Students may dress up as people serving in the community. Such as police, firefighter, doctor, nurse, mail carrier, etc.

Friday, February 4th – Teacher Appreciation day

We encourage students to write a letter, bring a flower, draw a picture, bring a fruit, etc. to appreciate their teacher. This day will be a 12:30 Dismissal with No After School Care

Actividades para celebrar la Semana de las Escuelas Católicas

Lunes, 31 de febrero – Liturgia/ Día de la Vocación

Inicie la Semana de las Escuelas Católicas con una liturgia a las 10:00 a. m. Los estudiantes en los grados de 2º a 8º  deben usar uniforme completo.

Martes, 1 de febrero – Dia de la nacion

Los estudiantes pueden vestir de rojo, blanco, y azul o cualquier ropa de la escuela de Santa Isabel como camisas de basketball, volleyball, etc.

Miércoles, 2 de febrero – Día de el Estudiante / ERA de 50’s a 90’s

Los estudiantes pueden vestirse de acuerdo a la era de los 50 a los 90. No podemos esperar ver cómo se visten los estudiantes.

Jueves, 3 de febrero – Disfraz del Día de Apreciación Comunitaria / Día de la Carrera

Los estudiantes pueden disfrazarse de personas que sirven en la comunidad. Como policía, bombero, médico, enfermera, cartero, etc.

Viernes, 4 de febrero – Día del maestro

Alentamos a los estudiantes a escribir una carta, traer una flor, hacer un dibujo, traer una fruta, etc. para apreciar a su maestro. Este día la salida es a las 12:30 sin cuidado después de la escuela.

LMU’s Helen B. Landgarten Art Therapy Clinic, through a generous grant provided by the Catholic Schools Collaborative, will provide FREE art therapy & mental health counseling to selected Catholic schools in the Los Angeles region. The goal is to promote Social & Emotional Learning that increases communication, coping skills & decision-making skills to better support learning outcomes.

LMU, LA CLÍNICA DE TERAPIA ARTÍSTICA HELEN B. LANDGARTEN, a través de una generosa subvención proporcionada por Catholic Schools Collaborative, proporcionará terapia artística y asesoramiento de salud mental GRATUITOS a escuelas católicas seleccionadas en la región de Los Ángeles. COVID-19 Testing Registration for Santa Isabel Students

Covid-19 Testing is available for Santa Isabel School students through the Heluna Health Test Program. The link below is for the Heluna Health portal. This portal will help you through the registration process and will take an estimated 5 minutes to complete. The information included should be for the person who is being tested. The questions asked during this process are required for State and local health department reporting purposes.
